SpeakUp is a program that reads text using the Windows Text-To-Speech engine. It can save the audio in WAV, MP3 or MPEG-4 AAC formats (with the appropriate converters). It was designed primarily to load a list of sentences, then speak and save each one to separate files in a given folder.
